The Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy provide outstanding interprofessional training for medical and pharmacy students in partnership with The University of Akron, Kent State University, Youngstown State University, Cleveland State University, seven major teaching hospitals, 11 affiliated hospitals, two departments of health and associated community pharmacies. Students are trained in a variety of settings – ranging from major medical centers to clinics – to familiarize them with the needs of the Ohio communities that they will one day serve.
