Academic Technology Services is made up of a group of skilled staff in multimedia and instructional programming and design. The staff will assist faculty in creating instructional modules and all aspects of integration of technology into the curriculum for use in classroom teaching and learning. Staff with experience in digital video/audio, image editing, web authoring, multimedia authoring, and cross-platform issues are available for free consultation on questions concerning hardware, software, and methods/techniques. They can answer your questions, explain multimedia terms, recommend tools, and give you hands-on training on the use of our systems. The staff of Academic Technology Services provides training for the instructional technologies in the classroom.

Academic Technology Services is reponsible for oversight of the Read Distance Education Center, and the Center for Academic Technology (C.A.T.) lab.  Both centers are located in the Library.

This office is NEOUCOM's source for development of academic materials including video, CD-ROM, DVD authoring, Web course content and streaming video productions. Online courses, quizzes, discussion groups, and surveys are also handled by this office.
