Discounted Internet Connectivity Sign Up Options

If you are unable to sign up on-site at NEOUCOM, you can still sign up for discounted Internet Connectivity as follows:

Complete the Sign Up Form and the appropriate Customer Agreement and send them to C-172 at NEOUCOM:

• Everyone must complete the:

            Internet Connectivity Sign Up Form (pdf)

• And you must sign and complete the appropriate customer agreement form for RoadRunner:

Your options for activating Internet Connectivity are as follows:

Road Runner High Speed On-Line

Road Runner Conversion (for existing Road Runner Customers)
If you are a current Road Runner customer, fill out the Internet connectivity sign up form and the appropriate customer agreement form.  Return both forms to the address indicated on the forms.

Road Runner Activation (for existing Cable TV Only Customers)
If you are a current Time Warner Cable TV customer, and DO NOT have Road Runner, you DO need to come on-site for equipment and a self-install kit. You will need to stop by Desktop Support in C-174, Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM to drop off your completed Sign Up form and Customer Agreement form and pick up the appropriate equipment.

If you are selecting a service that does not require you to come on-site to NEOUCOM, please send your completed sign up form, agreement form, and a check if you have selected either the pay in advance or checking account deduction option, to:
