Any personal information supplied to the College via these sites will be for College use only. Protection of Your Personal Information on the NEOUCOM public website

As a visitor to the NEOUCOM public website, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information. In connection with other activities, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, you may be asked that you provide personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), e-mail address, employer, affiliated hospital, job title and department, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other personal information. Any information that you provide in connection with requests for information in the way of surveys and registrations on the NEOUCOM public website, unless expressly stated as a secured Web page, is being transmitted by email and is not secure.

Any forms which request on-line payment will be secured. NEOUCOM uses a security certificate. Depending upon the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as required and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the required data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.

Personal information that is displayed on log-in to NEOUCOM D.O.C.S. is secured. This information is protected in several ways. Access to NEOUCOM D.O.C.S. is available through a password and ID. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone nor leave your workstation unattended after logging into the system. Information submitted through the portal to Banner resides on a secure server at NEOUCOM and only selected administrators have access to these secure servers. Information submitted through surveys and registrations is transmitted by email and unless expressly stated is not secured.

Please note that any information you post in NEOUCOM D.O.C.S. within a group is available to all persons accessing the group. Access to NEOUCOM D.O.C.S. requires a Banner account.
